I recently went to Tips 'N Toes Nail Salon and got myself an exquisite pamper experience. I was super excited, because I very much needed this. For the past few days, I've been exhausted with all of my shenanigans. Thank God! Tips 'N Toes is here to pamper and take my stress away. Although, I'm a first timer at their salon. I was quite overwhelmed with the list of their services. I must say! I had a hard time in choosing which one to avail. Because I want to experience everything (lol! Kidding.) No, seriously (HAHAHA). They have an array of services, starting from your nails (Nail Extensions-Nail Enhancements), massage (Back-Leg-Full Body), waxing (Underam-Arm-Back-Bikini Line-Brazilian-Eyebrow-Full Leg-Upper Lip-Half Leg-Jaw Line-Shoulder), eyelash extensions (Naturalle Eyes-Duralash-Removal) to deluxe ones (Signature Spa Manicure-Arm Paratherapy-Pedi Paratherapy-Signature Foot Spa Therapy-Signature Foot Spa Therapy Plus). OK! Fine. With everthing listed above, I have tried out the "Signature Spa Manicure" and the "Signature Foot Spa Therapy Plus". Believe me when I say to you, that it relaxes my soul. Not just my hands and feet.
THE SERVICES I'VE TRIED
Signature Spa Manicure- Hardworking hands need some well-deserved pampering. What better place to pamper your tired hands than in this Nail Salon (right?)! Painting your nails is one of the smallest, easiest ways to change up your look. Whether you’re in it for the nail art or just the sheer pleasure of a freshly-painted manicure, there are so many reasons to treat yourself every once in a while. However, this service is on a higher scale. It's not just your typical manicure. Wherein, the technician will just clean your cuticles and put a regular nail polish on you (nope). Their "Signature Spa Manicure", comes with a twist. It includes additional treatment to replenish moisture and leave your skin smooth as silk. It is, however a longer process, with more steps like they are going to scrub your arms with an aromatic essential oils, then wrap it up with a plastic wrapper for the skin to fully absorb the ingredients used. Now, that will leave your skin smooth, refine and in good condition.

Well, while I was waiting as you can see here I am having a hard time picking the color that I truly want because everything is so gorgeous.
Did you also know that, they have been using only the top internationally accepted brands and products for your nail needs such as Opi and Cuccio? YAAS, they actually are. Luckily, the technician suggested some colors that would look pretty on me (*kuddos to her).
Tadaaah! Finally. I chose the fire-red. Isn't it too beautiful?
Signature Foot Spa Therapy Plus- "The human feet is a masterpiece of engineering and a work of art!" Leonardo da vinci, explained the greatness and beauty of the human feet which initiates the journey to a wonderful life. We all love to have a glowing, clean and beautiful looking skin in our body. However, our feet is one part we usually ignore taking care off. This service they offer can do the job. It is relaxing and effective technique that caters with all the demands of my feet. "Foot Spa" has a lot of benefits in our body. And one of which is that your blood circulation is improved by this. It is also known that by taking a foot spa once in awhile, you can re-energize self, keep self relaxed and full of life. Your feet are precious because they carry you miles in the journey of your life. You would surely wish to take their very best care by the professionals (Am I right?).
Foot Soak: The water solution also helps in removing the dirt and exfoliating the dead skin cells from the feet. Exfoliation is required in a foot spa which cleans the dead cells from the skin on the feet.
Moisturization and massaging (Whaaaat? Now this is the best part.): Moisturizing the feet is essential once exfoliation is completed. And, whether your need is to have a moment of relaxation, reduce muscle tension or attain relief from chronic pain, a therapeutic massage can enhance your overall sense of emotional and physical well-being.
Application of Nail polish: Finally, she applied the nail polish on my toenails.
I choose the Gel Pedicure, that's why you can see that my feet is inside that UV ray light machine (later on). Gel pedicure treatments are becoming popular in the cosmetic world. Using gel instead of traditional polish is said to make the pedicure last longer, without chipping. The gel also provides a smooth, clean look. When you get a traditional pedicure, the most tedious part is waiting for your nails to dry. At a salon, you can expect to have at least four coats of polish added onto the nail, including a base coat and a top coat. If you choose to get nail art, you’re adding even more polish to the mix.
The polish layers can feel dry to the touch in about twenty minutes. However, your nails won’t be fully dry for about three hours. Chances are, you’re not going to sit in the salon for three hours and wait – you’ve got to get back to your life. Unfortunately, if your toenails aren’t completely dry, you’ll risk damaging the pedicure almost immediately.
From simply putting your shoes on and walking around, to polish getting stuck on socks, or stubbing your toe, etc. There are so many things that could happen in that three hour drying period that could mess up the beautiful work you just had done with a traditional pedicure.
A gel pedicure works differently when it comes to drying. Gel nail polish is usually applied with three coats, including a base and top coat. Once the polish is on, your nails go into a ‘curing’ process. This is done with some type of UV light, and typically takes about two minutes per coat. Once the curing process is complete, you’re left with a rock-hard pedicure that won’t chip or smudge.
THE SERVICE
The ladies behind my wonderful experience did a meticulous and fine job on my toes and finger nails. This place is too good to not share my experiences, with you guys. The staff are very friendly and they have an excellent customer service. They right away attended to my needs, and kept on asking me if I felt relaxed on what they did to me. Excellent customer service often comes down to consistently checking in with your customers and making sure they are happy with not only the products and services that they offer (yes!). But, also the process of them working with you.
Excellent customer service creates loyal customers for life; customers who are willing to refer your business to friends, family and colleagues. Providing this type of excellent customer service starts with a genuine desire to delight your customers, but you also have to think beyond selling the products or services. You need to consider the cumulative experience your customers have when they visit your shop or website, what they think and feel, and what you can do to make it better. Tips 'N Toes has exceeded my expectations when it comes to this field.

The huge space also makes it suitable for “sparties” to enjoy with your best girls. Salon design is so important to the 'mood' of a salon, also known as feng shui. Important things to remember while you are in a nail salon is to check if they manage reducing clutter, maximizing natural light and air, and making sure their countertops are clean and well organized. With that said, Tips 'N Toes didn't fail me on this criteria also. Another check on my list.
